Idea & concept
We start from your brief and sketch the right shape — dimensions, colours, message.
Shapes that breathe. Structures that embrace.
Custom inflatable structures for brands, events and special projects.
Since 1998 we have been designing and manufacturing custom inflatables — advertising inflatables, inflatable replicas, arches and tunnels, mascots, tents and installations for events and brand activations. We are a custom inflatable manufacturer with an integrated workshop — from idea and design to cutting, printing and assembly — where technical precision meets the expressiveness of shape.

Why inflatables
Banners melt into the scenery, screens compete with other screens, and the beautiful stand stays unvisited if nobody spots it from afar. Every brand faces the same problem at a trade show, festival or launch: the space is crowded and attention is short.
Our answer: volume. A ten-metre inflatable structure doesn’t ask for attention — it occupies it. It is visible from hundreds of metres, photographs itself and packs into a van at the end. That is what we have been building since 1998: physical presence for brands, at any scale.
How we work
We control the whole process in-house — design, engineering and our own fabrication — which is why deadlines are predictable, quality is constant and shape is free. If it can be imagined, it can be built.
We start from your brief and sketch the right shape — dimensions, colours, message.
We translate the concept into precise cutting patterns, ready for production.
We cut the material and print the graphics straight onto the surface.
We weld, assemble and test the structure — ready to inflate.
What we do
Structures that fill an event with energy and motion.
Arches, tunnels, custom helmets.
Your brand, inflated to human scale.
Bottles, cans, displays — your product, giant.
Tents, pavilions, pop-ups.
Art installations, planetariums, helium balloons.
How we build
A good inflatable structure is judged by its seams, not by its photos. That is why our fabrication starts with choosing the material and ends with the inflation test, in the same workshop.
The process is always the same, whatever the project: brief and sketch, modelling and visual proposal, material selection, digital cutting, printing, welding, assembly and the final inflation test. Because everything happens under one roof, a simple advertising inflatable can be ready in days, while a complex installation keeps its promised deadline. The same workshop also covers repairs, modifications and graphics updates for structures delivered in years past.
We work with technical PVC, TPU and Oxford polyester fabrics from European suppliers, chosen by purpose: outdoor or indoor, intensive use or a one-evening installation. Graphics are printed straight onto the material, in your brand colours, with UV and dirt resistance — durability is decided here, before the first seam.
Panels are digitally cut and welded in the workshop, and complex shapes go through 3D modelling first. The engineering behind every large inflatable structure decides the air chambers, the working pressure and the anchoring points.
Every product leaves the workshop with an anchoring system sized for wind, blowers matched to its volume and clear operating instructions. On request, we supply the technical data sheets of the materials used.
We provide on-site installation, spare parts and repairs for the structures we produce — including those on rental. The lifespan of a well-maintained structure is measured in years, not seasons — many of our inflatables are still working today, years after delivery.
From the field
More than 300 clients from FMCG, media and industry have passed through our workshop: trade shows and exhibitions, festivals, retail activations, sports competitions and experiential marketing campaigns. The typologies below come up most often — and show how brands use inflatable structures to be seen, remembered and photographed.
For races and sports events we have produced custom start/finish inflatable arches, set up and taken down the same day, reused season after season. The graphics can change without changing the structure.
See projectsInflatable characters and mascots over 5 metres tall, built after the brand’s character, have turned product launches into landmarks visible from hundreds of metres — exactly what a well-made advertising inflatable is for.
About mascotsBottles, boxes and packaging enlarged tens of times — inflatable replicas faithful to the real product, used in street campaigns and promotional tours across the country.

In short
Depending on complexity, between a few days and a few weeks: a standard arch is ready quickly, while a product replica or a giant mascot needs modelling, colour samples and tests. You get the exact deadline together with the quote.
Yes — part of our range is available for rental, with transport, installation and supervision. For details and availability, see the rentals page.
Yes, if the structure is sized for outdoor use: UV-treated material, calculated anchoring and simple operating rules. Above a certain wind speed any inflatable is deflated as a precaution — and we tell you that threshold from the start.
That is the house speciality: we start from a sketch or just an idea, build the 3D model, choose the materials and fabricate the shape to order, however unusual it may be.
Yes — structures leave our workshop near Bucharest with everything they need: blowers, anchoring system and, where needed, the installation team. For long events we can also provide technical supervision throughout.
From one-metre display pieces to large inflatable structures of 15–20 metres and beyond. The real limits are the installation space, transport and wind — not fabrication. At large sizes, air-chamber engineering and working pressure make the difference.
Yes — for indoors we choose lighter materials, quiet blowers and weight-based anchoring instead of stakes. It’s the usual solution for trade shows, malls, stages and showroom launches.
Used and stored correctly, an advertising inflatable lasts through years of campaigns; welded seams and UV-treated material age slowly, and timely repairs keep it in circulation. We provide service for every structure we produce.
On size, shape complexity, chosen material and graphics. A standard arch and a product replica with dozens of details are very different projects — which is why the quote always follows a short brief, with a firm price and deadline, no surprises at the end.
